Dr. Ellie Shirazi

After graduating from New York University School of Dentistry, Dr. Ellie Shirazi completed the prestigious postdoctoral training course “Advanced Education in General Dentistry” at Columbia University School of Dentistry. She has earned an excellent reputation at her previous Manhattan practice and her current Newport Beach practice.

Dr. Shirazi stays current with modern dental advances and constantly incorporates the latest techniques at Newport Smiles. She has recently introduced Invisalign to enhance the patient experience with convenience and comfort. Furthermore, Dr. Shirazi has extensive training in the field of implant dentistry; she earned her implantology certificate from New York Oral Implantology.

A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, Dr. Shirazi attends annual conferences to refine and advance her techniques in smile makeovers. She recently expanded her repertoire by creating a dental spa, an unforgettable pampering experience.

Dr. Shirazi prides herself on learning cutting-edge technology and techniques in dentistry by attending many lectures, hands-on workshops, and continuing education courses across the country. Her professional affiliations include:

Dr. Reza Shirazi

Dr. Reza Shirazi is a Southern California native who was raised in the town of Huntington Beach. After receiving his undergraduate degree at the University of California San Diego, he attended University of Southern California School of Dentistry.

Following his graduation from USC, Dr. Shirazi pursued additional training in University of Southern California Advanced General Dentistry Program. The intensive two year program provided Dr. Shirazi with much experience in diagnosis and the treatment of complex dental cases.

As a lifetime learner, Dr. Shirazi keeps current by devoting much time to continuing education courses including but not limited to advanced implant placement, invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, lumineers, CEREC, CAD/CAM and many other areas.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Shirazi's other interests include art, photography, music, and boating.

Dr. Shirazi and his wife, Anahita live in Newport Beach, CA, where they enjoy being active members of the community.
